application software, data and image acquisition, training, facility
preparation and management, maintenance, etc. My main activity is dedicated
to integrate different offers and manage customers relationship as General
Contractor.
1983-87 AGES (OLIVETTI GROUP)
Manager of the Rome Branch, in charge of Central and Southern Italy, dealing
with large accounts on sophisticated applications (tipically turn-key
systems including high security magnetic cards, unattended processing
systems, fault tolerant systems, etc.) concerning:

1977-82 SAGA/MAEL
As Product Manager I'm in charge of launching into the market the first minicomputers with
real-time terminals and application software dedicated to various business
areas inside the company.
Soon later I'm committed to introduce new
solutions of Office Automation (dedicated word processing systems from NBI -
Boulder CO and floppy-based Personal Computers with 8-bit and 16-bit
microprocessors from MAEL - Carsoli).
1969-77 GENERAL ELECTRIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS ITALIA (then HONEYWELL,
now BULL)
My first job, a real school of professional skills for a neo-graduate young
man.
Salesman and Project Manager at Rome office, I deal with well-known
large public accounts managing important projects as:

nationwide network of minicomputers (same Honeywell H 316/716 as ARPANET
in USA,
former INTERNET) for monitoring of telephone traffic

automation of horserace totalizators by linking Agencies and Racecourses in
